The innovative technology used in this project has allowed for unparalleled precision and accuracy in the fabrication of complex geometries, creating a structure that is not only sustainable and long-lasting but also aesthetically pleasing.

KARAI

Set within close proximity to the sea, the project is a contemporary take on the traditional ‘nalukettu’ house form. The clients’ requirements included four rooms with attached baths with a guaranteed view of the sea. The rooms and other living spaces such as the dining and kitchen are organized around the linear brick-laid court. The ‘mutram’ or the court with the corridor hugging its perimeter acts as a multifunctional space, to rest, to pause, to look at the sky above.

THE NEST
A sanctuary shaped by purpose and light, this hostel reimagines industrial living with elegance and intention. Its stepped form rises in harmony with the sun, drawing in daylight, guiding soft breezes, and crafting its own rhythm of shade and openness. Lush greens weave through terraces, cooling the air and softening every edge, while reflective façades shimmer with quiet restraint. Beyond walls and windows, it becomes a living system efficient, sustainable, and deeply attuned to the climate it calls home.

CASCADE
Located along Chennai's East Coast Road (ECR), this architectural project features recreational pools designed to harmoniously blend with the natural terrain, which includes pre-existing trees carefully preserved throughout the site

TROPICAL MIST
"In the midst of the skies"
Designed with a central court, this 7000 -square-feet residence is a play in open and enclosed volumes with large door and window openings complementing the openness and framing the view towards exterior landscape. The internal zonal articulation is kept simple, with a distinct delineation of common, semi-private and private zones. The central courtyard is strategically created to establish visual linkages and connectivity in all the three dimensions.

The school rises as a sculpted dialogue of light and form where learning unfolds through movement and space. Broad steps, open corridors, and sunlit courts dissolve boundaries between inside and out, creating a living landscape of interaction. Architecture here becomes an experience fluid, open, and quietly monumental, shaping a space that inspires curiosity and community.

MATHILLUMMOOTTIL
This Kerala residence exemplifies TropicalModernism, featuring exposed concrete and minimalist geometry. Defining elements include deep cantilevered slabs for climate control and extensive glazing that maximizes visual access to the lush tropical greenery. This design successfully creates a monolithic yet transparent structure, deeply rooted in its vibrant natural context.

MATHILUMMOOTTIL
Located at Anna Nagar, Chennai, this project is a luxury residence for a family, spanning an area of 5800 square feet uted across three levels. The plan of the house was envisioned to be free-flowing, with a juxtaposition of formal and informal spaces, open and closed spaces.The contemporary design attempts to use the rustic textures of wood, brass and lime plaster to achieve an opulent ambience.

CHOLAYIL
This farmhouse is set amidst a sea of herbal trees i.e. Terminalia Arjuna, which is popular for its medicinal values. The beautiful site spanning 80 acres served as an inspiration and led to a design that was inclusive of the context. Originating from a simple idea of a hammock suspended between trees, the larger concept aims to capture the rhythm of the site.


TROPICAL TERRACES
A home, shaped by the timeless principles of symmetry, order and hierarchy, presents as a symphony of spaces replete with open-to-sky courtyards, private gardens, Moroccan patterns and vibrant colours. It is envisioned as a piece of art as well as a contemporary architectural endeavor which reflects a confluence of Mediterranean and Tropical architecture.

TERRA
The residence in Neelankarai features cantilevered, staggered volumes with horizontal balconies and deep overhangs, creating depth, shadow, and private outdoor spaces. Terracotta cladding contrasts with smooth white walls, emphasizing texture, warmth, and layered geometry. Construction details and tropical landscaping highlight its climate responsive design and the contrast between process and final form.

SS RESIDENCE
Nestled in the heart of Coimbatore, this 6500 sq. ft. tropical contemporary residence features 4 spacious bedrooms with a harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces. The house is divided by a lush central courtyard where residents gather to relax, socialize and connect with nature. The use of minimal tropical materials such as wood and concrete creates a warm, organic feel. The design prioritizes functionality while incorporating local cultural elements, resulting in a harmonious and livable space that is both beautiful and functional. The beauty of tropical living that brings you closer to nature with every inch, brings another experience of a whole.

This magnificent residence showcases a carefully crafted blend of glass, concrete, and wood, creating a perfect harmony between traditional and contemporary architecture.
Set along the ocean shores, offering vistas of the beach, this design seamlessly intertwines the indoor living spaces with nature, featuring the incorporation of skylight. Drawing inspiration from the anatomy of a tree, by incorporating the elements of the trunk, branches and canopy to its structure, this dwelling stands as a testament of a serene classic charm

NIRAMAYA RESORT
Inspired by the heritage of the Thanjavur–Cauvery Delta, the resort blends temple inspired columns, terracotta roofs, and shaded courtyards with contemporary glazing and refined details. Water bodies, traditional motifs, and sculptural accents create a serene, climate responsive setting that bridges cultural legacy with modern hospitality.

The inspiration, at its source, comes from the natural world of water's cycle, and the phenomenon of precipitation that leads to the birth of beautiful droplets of rain.
It is this beauty, that reflects through the products on display, that we have tried to draw one's focus to, manipulating the flow of personnel through the stall space. Each enclave shadows spectacular displays.
